Im building a truck thats going to be driven and driving often.I like to know which is the better rust treatment for my under carriage and floorboards. por15 , rhino lining or the undercoating stuff autobody shops use.I just dont want my. truck to rust away on me because I plan on enjoying this truck for years

The old truck is already over 50 years old, you could clean up the rust. Neutralize it and use some Herculiner or POR15. Ive used the herculiner but not the POR. The liner is very tough.

I agree, herculiner or POR15. I have never worked with herculiner myself, but i know some that have and love it.

Check O'Rielly, Pep Boys or Auto Zone. In the paint department there is a can of brush on or spray the treat's the metal, turns to primer black and protects the metal. I used it under the hood of Ol Blue and it still is holding after 7 years. And no friggen garage.
