I am addicted to hood ornaments...horrible addiction...but I love it
Take a kid to a car or bike show...pass the hobby on to the next generation

I LOVE it...and they are the focal point...I love the original ones but I also love the ones people come up with, the more creative th better. One of my favorite pieces of originality was a side mirror that looked like a skeleton hand holding the mirror....made from bolts welded together it was the coolest thing I ever saw. I will dig up the pics and put them on here.

That is how I like to get them, then get on the buffing wheel....amazing what can be repaired if you just do it....I also like taking old gas cans and the big milk cans, sand and bondo if needed then a primer and flat black and hit it with an airbrush  8)
