radiator ?
« on: January 24, 2017, 09:53:53 AM »
I have moved to radiator forward about 3 or 4 inches from were it was , so now it is about 10 inches from the motor should I add a fan shroud in that area . I have and elec fan in front of the radiator

I'd try it like it is and see if the electric fan will do. If not the fan will need a shroud. It's too far away to create a vacuum on the radiator in my opinion

I agree. Run it and see what happens. Or go ahead and add a shroud now.

This is an old post, but remember with a fan on the front needs to be reversible in the blades. Most fans are pullers and need to be set up as pushers to move air into the radiator.
