Flatheads

I need some help, a buddy was cleaning out his fathers garage, he recently passed, and call and said he has two flathead engines do I want them, Hell yes!!

I know nothing about flatheads at all and really have no interest in them. I took some pictures and wanted to see if any one could help me ID them and maybe an approximate worth?
