Anyone used a speedway front end?
« on: October 15, 2017, 03:03:55 PM »
I am looking into using the speedway 4" drop axle kit with chevy spindles for my rat rod build. I read the radius arm mounts are 32" on center which is fine but my frame will be 32" wide  so I would have to cut the mounts and reeled. Not a big deal bit I was wondering if it would be smarter to piece a kit together? The front axle kit, spindle kit, and hub/brake kit come out to 950 for all 3 and i thought that was pretty good price for all new components. Is my frame too wide at 32"?
1966 f100 ratrod (sold)
1938 Chevy (in process)

I've seen them used. Always successfully.  Speedway has been around a long time and most all of their stuff performs well.
