Opinions on tire size for dually
« on: November 16, 2017, 07:54:04 PM »
I am buying a set of 225 70 r16 tires for the rear dually rear of my ratrpd....curious for opinions on how you think it will look? I will be using motometal dually wheels in the rear and I am going for a hot rod/ street truck look but wanted a dually rear since the truck was originally a 1.5 ton.

16” should look fine. That’s the size I’ll be putting on my 49

I'm using stock GM 16" wheels on my FC 170 Jeep build.  Can't get myself to liking those ridiculous 19 and 20 inch billet wheels that everybody wants to put on EVERYTHING these days. >:(

Here's what the jeep looks like. I don't have the trim rings or the rear center caps installed.
