does any one no what thread this would be . I do not know what yr this tank is , I have tried 1 1/2 and 2 inch . neither one will work .

Take it to a place that works on natural gas. They should have all sizes of pipe and a threader machine, where they can find a pipe that will fit and thread it for ya.
